Starts to play the guitar at the age of 11 taking 3 times 3 years guitar-lessons (until he began to teach himself) and treated the piano of his grandma. making some experiments with taperecorders and wanted to study arts.

Joined his first band 'Loser Haufen' as a bass-player, a Punk-Rock orientated Band with the unbelievable singer Gunnar Werner and guitarists Lars Ridder and the great Ingo Brunsendorf. After Loser Haufen vanished overnight, U-STIG (Wave-Rock) was formed by Gunnar Werner, Thomas Siebert, Sven Wulf, Ingo Brunsendorf and Drummer Ulf. Years of Home-recordings with Sven Wulf and Ingo Brunsendorf following.

Thomas gave his debut as live-mixer with the band 'Dr.Abendroth' in the middle 80s where he later played guitar instead. At the beginning of the 90s he joined the band Go Plus (Pit Przygodda: Vocals, Guitar, Keyboard / Lars O'Horl: Drums & Electronics / Matthias Pacht: Bass Guitar), mixed their gigs over many years and some recordings with them, including 'Smoke on the water', 'La montanara' in his 'passierzettelstudio' and later the album 'Largo' together with Tobias Levin, then he leaved 'Go Plus'. 'Same time he had had two years mixing experience with the Reggae/Afro-band 'Barrettones' (making a lot of dub-effects there). AND met Drummer Thomas Völker and Bass-Player Alex Suslin (now he plays chambermusic) for some sessions.
Thomas Völker met Brunsendorf, Wulf and Siebert for some other sessions and then they formed the early 'Passierzettel'.
Thomas Siebert took some recordings of 'The P' (Urban Vibes), 'Phon' and 'Thorax' Touring with 'Go Plus', 'Kante' and 'Couch' as Mixing-Engenieer. Some concerts with Natasha - consisting of Martin Pozdrowicz and Thomas E. Martin.

From 2001 to 2002 Thomas Siebert plays with Band 'Deesasta' where he is the sounddesigner now.
And since 2002 with the Free-Band 'Lichtsicht' (Hinnerk k Börnsen - spacedrums, Stefan Happel - bass, Hannes Wienert - horns and reeds, Thomas Siebert - guitar)
